<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"><b>Wasserarmaturen<br>
</b> sind Entnahmestellen für wässrige Medien. Standardmäßig
sind die Armaturen aus Messingwarmpressteilen. Die Betätigung erfolgt
mit einem Keramikoberteil 180°. Eine Rückflussverhinderungspatrone
schützt das Trinkwasser bis Gefahrstoffklasse III nach DIN 1988.
Der höchste Ruhedruck beträgt 10 bar, 14 Liter Durchfluss bei
3 bar Fließdruck. Die Installation der Armaturen erfolgt mit integriertem
Stecksystem zur problemlosen, schnellen weiterführenden Anschlussmontage.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"><b>Water fittings<br>
</b> are the extraction position for liquid media. As standard the fittings
are made of dense pressed brass pieces. The operation takes place with
an upper part with ceramic 180°. A check valve protects the drinking
water up to risk material grade 3 corresponding to DIN 1988. The highest
steady-pressure amounts 10 bar and the volume stream of 3 bar amounts
approximately 14 litres per minute. The installation of the fittings follows
with integrated ILA-connection-system for an easy, unproblematic, continuous
connection mounting.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"><b>Gasarmaturen<br>
</b> sind Entnahmestellen für brennbare Gase. Sie sind nach DVGW
Arbeitsblatt 260/1 geprüft. Nach EN 13792 erfolgt die Griffkennzeichnung.
Diffusionsdichte Messingwarmpressteile sind als Gasarmatur bestens geeignet.
Das Stellteil ist ein Keramikoberteil mit einer Sicherungsmechanik. Alle
Gasarmaturen sind DVGW, ÖVGW und SVGW geprüft und zugelassen.
Das Installations-Stecksystem ist für brennbare Gase einsetzbar.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><b>Gas fittings<br>
</b> are the extraction position for inflammable gases. They are tested
corresponding to DVGW worksheet 260/1. The handle colour coding follows
according to EN 13792. Penetrating-tight dense pressed brass pieces are
very suitable for gas fittings. The setting piece is an upper part with
ceramic with a safety mechanism. All gas fittings are DVGW, ÖVGW
and SVGW tested and licensed. The ILA-connection-system is usable for
inflammable gas.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><b>Nadelarmaturen<br>
</b> sind Entnahmestellen für nichtbrennbare Gase. Die Ventilkörper
sind aus Messingwarmpressteilen hergestellt. Das Stellteil ist ein Nadelfeinsteinstelloberteil.
Die Nadel hat keine Dichtfunktion und keinen Sitzkontakt. Im Sinterwirbelverfahren
erfolgt die Farbgebung in RAL 7035 lichtgrau (oder anderer Farbton auf
Anfrage). <br>
Die Schlauchtüllen nach DIN 12898 oder Verschlußkupplungen
werden mit einem anaeroben Dichtmittel fest mit dem Ventilgehäuse
verbunden.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><b>Needle fittings<br>
</b> are the extraction position for not inflammable gas. The valve body
is made of dense pressed brass pieces. The setting piece is a needle valve.
The needle has no sealing function and no seat-contact. With the Rilsan
powder bed coating follows the colouring in RAL 7035 light-grey (or other
colour on inquiry). The hose-nozzles corresponding to DIN 12898 or lock-couplings
are connected tight with the valve-case by an anerobe sealing material.

<p><font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><b>Dampfarmaturen<br>
</b> aus Messingwarmpressteilen dienen der dosierbaren Entnahme von Wasserdampf
bis 2,5 bar Ruhedruck. Das Oberteil ist mit Dichtungen entsprechend der
Temperaturen des Wasserdampfes ausgerüstet, analog hierzu erfolgt
die Farbgebung im Sinterwirbelverfahren RAL 7035 lichtgrau bzw. chrom
(oder anderer Farbton auf Anfrage). Die Griffkennzeichnung wird nach EN 13792 vorgenommen. Die Schlauchtülle nach DIN 12898 ist fest mit
dem Ventil verbunden.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><b>Steam fittings<br>
</b> made of warm pressed brass pieces are of use for the dosed extraction
of water steam up to 2,5 bar steady pressure. The upper part is equivalent
to the temperatures of the water steam equipped with seals, analogous
to this follows the coloration by Rilsan powder bed coating RAL 7035 light-grey
or chrome (or other colour on inquiry). The handle mark is carried out
corresponding to EN 13792. The hose nozzle is corresponding to DIN 12898
tight connected with the valve.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><b>Hauptabsperrarmaturen<br>
</b> sind aus Messing chemisch vernickelte DVGW-geprüfte Kugelhähne
mit Spezialdichtung. Die Ausführung kann in Winkel- und Durchgangsform
mit Armaturengriff nach EN 13792 sein. Wand- und Tischeinbau mit verlängerter
Spindel sind möglich.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><b>Main stop valves<br>

</b> sind für die Entnahme von entmineralisierten Wasser, nicht brennbaren
Gasen und Gasgemischen geeignet. Das eingesetzte Material ist ein polierfähiger
Edelstahl. Diese Armaturen sind Rilsan RAL 7035 lichtgrau (oder anderer
Farbton auf Anfrage) beschichtet oder poliert lieferbar. Edelstahloberteile
mit steigender Spindel oder ein überdrehgeschütztes Polypropylenoberteil
kommen je nach Medium zum Einsatz. Die Griffkennzeichnung wird nach EN 13792 vorgenommen.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><b>Refined steel fittings<br>
</b> are suitable for the extraction of demineralised water, not inflammable
gas and gas mixtures. The used material is a polishable refined steel.
These fittings are Rilsan RAL 7035 light-grey (or other colour on inquiry)
coated or polished deliverable. Corresponding to the media, may be used
a refined steel upper part with a rising spindle or a strip protected
polypropylene upper part. The handle mark is carried out corresponding
to EN 13792.</font></p>

</b> mit Feuchtraumsteckdosen aus Warmpressmessing werden zur Stromentnahme
auf Labortischen, wo keine Medienkanäle vorhanden sind, eingesetzt.

erfolgt nach EN 13792. Die Farbgebung erfolgt im Sinterwirbelverfahren

mit keramischen Dichtscheiben eingesetzt. Die Montage ist mit dem ILA
